Self care is the fuel, not the reward

Your body can’t run on credit.

We get it: between the stress of traveling and hosting visitors, juggling your social calendar along with your kids’, and the end-of-year push at work, it’s HARD to find time for yourself around the holidays.

AND, it’s actually MORE critical now than at any other time.

Because taking care of your body and your spirit gives you the energy to make it through eight hundred (or so) out of the nine hundred things on your to-do list, and then still have capacity to receive the joy of snuggling with your little ones or reconnecting with family members.

If you run yourself ragged now, the daily grind WILL be harder - and you’ll miss out on ALL the potential for joy and fun over the next couple months.

(Which is why you’re Doing All The Things in the first place, right?)

And no, you can’t somehow “make up for it” in January - self care is the fuel, not the reward. Your body can’t run on credit.

If you’re feeling run-down and looking for a restorative movement practice that can help you build strength and flexibility, improve energy levels, and make progress on injuries, we’d love to help.

We recommend starting with the 2 Private Session Intro Offer. You’ll get 2 one-on-one sessions with one of our movement experts within one week, scheduled at your convenience.

Your teacher will get to know you, your body, and your goals, and recommend a custom Pilates practice that will actually work for your schedule and your life - even during the holiday season.

Click here to get started and keep your eyes peeled for our special offer just for the end of this year. Coming to your inbox on Monday!

P.S. YES YOU CAN get started now - just pick a week you’re in town and schedule two sessions with one of our teachers - we’ve got availability throughout the week! Click here to grab the 2 Private Session Intro Offer.
