If you’ve been thinking about starting some new healthy habits in 2024, Studio Evolve, a Seattle Pilates Studio, can help! Here are some tips to make those habits stick, along with a perfect introduction to Pilates:

Here at Studio Evolve, we know that creating healthy habits requires a supportive environment. This includes having the resources you need, some form of accountability, and making sure you actually enjoy the new activity!

  • You have the resources you need!

Studio Evolve offers a variety of resources to support your health goals, including educational workshops, personalized coaching, and a welcoming community. For example, if you want to improve your movement and overall well-being, our Intro to Pilates Series can provide the foundation you need to succeed in a group class setting.

  • You have some form of accountability.

Signing up for a program like our Intro to Pilates Series at Studio Evolve creates a sense of accountability. You've made an investment and committed to showing up, which can be a powerful motivator. Plus, the small class size (limited to five students) fosters a supportive environment where you can connect with classmates and hold each other accountable.

  • You enjoy your new habit:

Exercise shouldn't feel like a chore! Studio Evolve's Intro to Pilates Series is designed to be fun and accessible, even for beginners or those new to exercise in general. Our instructors are passionate about creating a positive and encouraging environment, making movement enjoyable for everyone.

The Intro to Reformer 5-Week Series at Studio Evolve is the perfect way to add a healthy, functional, and accessible movement practice to your routine in 2024!

This series is designed to give you all the basics you need to succeed in a group Pilates class. You'll learn the foundational moves, practice using the Reformer machines, and get personalized attention from your instructor to find modifications that work for your unique body.

The format of a 5-week series also helps you hold yourself accountable to your goals, because you’ve already made the investment and told the universe you’re committing. Plus, you’ll be with the same group of folks week after week - so you can start to help each other hold yourselves accountable!

And YES - we make exercise FUN!

Our teachers LOVE to help folks learn to enjoy movement - ESPECIALLY if you dreaded gym class as a kid, or have found gyms or other studios uncomfortable, stressful, or boring.

This series, like all of our Reformer classes, is limited to FIVE students to maximize attention from your teacher.

Join Meaghan Fridays at 8am starting on Friday January 19th. Once the 5 week Intro series is completed, this will be a regular class on the schedule for the new year!
