Elevate your mood and clear stagnant energy with Wind Down Breathwork and Movement!

We’re thrilled to announce Chelsea’s next monthly Breathwork and Movement class is on Friday, April 12th at 5PM!

In April’s class, we will focus on breath and gentle movement techniques to elevate your mood.

You’ll learn simple techniques you can take with you and use anytime your energy is dragging or you’re feeling down.

Try them out on a break from work, when you’re traveling or stuck in traffic, or after a challenging conversation!

These practices work WONDERS to clear out stagnant energy and improve the way you feel, Subscriber First Name.

Studio Evolve student Rebecca says, “The breathwork with Chelsea has been really transformative. The monthly Breathwork and Movement classes are open and accessible to folks with injuries and mobility limitations.

They will include breathing techniques and movement drawn from yoga, Pilates, and other modalities, and Chelsea will offer adaptations to meet different students’ needs. Breath-only adaptations will also be available if you prefer to take the class in stillness and participate in breathwork only.

P.S. Breathwork & Movement is a once-a-month Friday evening class. It takes place on the mats using small props, and does not incorporate Reformer work.

You can sign up with your regular membership or class package, or buy a drop-in. This accessible class is also a great opportunity to bring a friend you’ve been wanting to introduce to Studio Evolve!
