Dana spent a month researching fitness studios in our neighborhood before she first tried Studio Evolve, a leading Pilates studio in Seattle.

She knew that a regular exercise routine could help her feel better in her body and take care of her health as she gets older, but wanted to do it in a fun, inclusive environment with instructors who could help her get great results.

Dana started with The Accelerator, our month-long, high-support container that includes three private Pilates or Gyrotonic sessions a week plus breathwork and/or bodywork sessions.
