Transition as transformation

The first 30 days are foundational for building a new habit…

Many of our Accelerator clients entered the Accelerator when they were in a time of transition in their lives.

We’ve worked with folks who have recently:

  • Had a baby

  • Retired or changed jobs

  • Moved to a new neighborhood

  • Ended a relationship

  • Recommitted to their health

These smart, resourceful, & inspired folks knew that moments of life transition offer natural opportunities for establishing new routines.

They also knew that building strength and reducing pain with a functional movement practice would give them energy and vitality to show up more fully to their work, their relationships, and their lives.

So they chose The Accelerator: a month-long container that includes 3x/weekly Pilates sessions plus bodywork and more.

We designed it for people who want an extremely high level of support and accountability as they establish their wellness routines.

It’s one month long for a reason - recent studies show that staying consistent for the first 30 days is critical to building the neural pathways required to maintain a new habit over the long term.

So while you may eventually transition to some combination of group classes and private sessions that aligns with your schedule and needs, having high-touch support for one month will work WONDERS to set you up for long-term success.

If you are…

  • looking for a new job, starting your own business, selling your business, or retiring

  • adapting to life as a parent or adapting to life as an empty nester

  • starting a relationship or ending a relationship

  • recommitting to your own health

…and you want to claim the opportunity of this life transition to re-prioritize your self care and claim greater ease, comfort, and energy in your body and your life, we’d love to support you.

We’ve got room to take on 2 new Accelerator clients this month.
