Meet Marisha, your guide through our upcoming Nutrition Program!

You probably don’t know this about Marisha…

You might already know Marisha Doan, who will be leading our brand new Nutrition Program starting in January, as an incredible Pilates teacher who helps her clients heal chronic pain through movement.

And we’re so excited to uplift some of Marisha’s other skills as a healer and a facilitator!

In addition to her 10+ years of teaching yoga and Pilates, Marisha is certified as a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She has a long history of using whole foods as a tool to heal herself AND to support her clients.

She has developed and led the nutrition syllabus for a Yoga Teacher Training, and also developed and led an online group coaching program for healing chronic pain.

Marisha has experience working with folks with diverse needs, and is familiar with various diet styles and alternative diet needs.

Our first Nutrition Program, Renew, Replenish & Evolve, will focus on whole foods nutrition - and folks with varying eating styles and needs (i.e. vegan, paleo, allergy- and condition-specific diets) will be fully supported.

While Marisha carries a wealth of nutritional knowledge, she is MOST passionate about building an embodied community space where we can all support one another in taking empowered steps for our own health.

If you KNOW that a renewed focus on fitting healthy, nutrient-dense foods into your life would support you this winter, and you could use community support and accountability, we invite you to join us for our very first Nutrition Program: Renew, Replenish & Evolve!

We start in January - and you’ll find all the details and the sign-up link right here.

P.S. Not sure if this program is right for you?

We’d love to chat!

Hit “reply” or give us a call at (206) 547-9616 to share your questions or concerns.

Depending on your needs, we may recommend some additional sources of support, such as one-on-one Nutrition Sessions with Marisha, to help you have the best possible experience if you choose to join.
