How to prioritize healthy food when your family’s not interested and you’re surrounded by takeout

“I know for myself, being part of a group is the only way I really commit…”

“I know for myself, being part of a group is the only way I really commit to something difficult. Sharing a goal together so we can cheer each other on is the support I need.

“Having the group when I’m at a low point is what can keep me going instead of quitting, and that is really important when I am on this long-term path of improving my health.”

—Jill Mattern, Renew, Replenish & Evolve Beta Program Participant

If you’ve tried to uplevel your nutrition and it didn’t stick, don’t be hard on yourself.

Staying accountable to ANY goal on your own is a huge challenge - and because we usually eat in community with other people, with food it’s particularly so.

Food is part of the fabric of social bonding.

If your coworkers always get take-out and eat it together for lunch, bringing your own smoothies and salads can feel isolating.

If you’d like to change up your habits but your family wants to keep eating the same way, it’s that much more work.

That’s why Jill joined the Beta Round of Renew, Replenish & Evolve last month - and what we want to offer to you in January.

Jill KNEW that she needed the power of a group to be accountable to her goals for herself.

So she joined the Renew, Replenish & Evolve beta run - so that she would have community to turn to for support AND to help her stay accountable to her goals - even when the folks in her daily life didn’t share the same nutritional goals.

And when you DO start committing to making choices to support your own health, like improving the quality of your food, you may be surprised by how the impact ripples out to your family, your friends, and other communities you’re a part of.

We officially start in JANUARY.

But when you sign up NOW, you’re declaring your commitment to yourself, your fellow group members, and the world.
