Learn energizing breathwork you can practice anytime!

Breathwork and Movement with Chelsea is on Friday March 8th…

This time, class will be designed to energize and cleanse your body as we get ready for spring.

Chelsea will guide you through a sequence that includes breathing exercises and gentle movement derived from Pilates, yoga, and other modalities.

You will leave class feeling refreshed and invigorated.

And, you’ll walk away understanding how to use specific breathing techniques that you can use anytime you want to wake up your body and focus your energy.

The movements in this class will be more active, but Chelsea will offer modifications as needed to help all students practice safely and comfortably.

Students with injuries or mobility limitations are welcome to attend.

P.S. Breathwork & Movement is a once-a-month Friday evening class. It takes place on the mats using small props, and does not incorporate Reformer work.
