“The breathwork with Chelsea has been really transformative - it has given me tools that I carry with me, and can help me adjust to any situation.

I have specific breathing techniques that I practice in the morning, to energize me for my day.

And there are others that I practice every night to help me wind down and sleep better.

The BEST discovery has been the breath that she taught me to get through the 10-minute workouts I’ve been doing every morning. They include three thirty-second planks, and I just get so bored! I asked Chelsea for a breath to help me get through the planks, and now I do it every time and those planks are over in no time.

I still lose track of my breath during the day, but sometimes when I start feeling a lot of stress or anxiety, I remember to practice one of the breaths I learned, and it always helps.
