Nicole Loeffler-Gladstone

pilates Instructor, She/her

Nicole equates vibrant, sustainable mobility with happiness—a philosophy that aligns perfectly with Studio Evolve’s core values. With 26 years of professional dance training in ballet, modern, post-modern, and contemporary styles, and 14 years of performance experience, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and movement expertise to her teaching.

Since 2015, Nicole has been teaching mat Pilates, expanding her expertise in 2018 to include all apparatus and special populations. She holds dual certifications from CORE Pilates NYC, a studio founded by Kim Villanueva. CORE’s approach blends the classical focus on the “why” behind each exercise, session flow, and long-term client progression with functional anatomy principles and neutral pelvis cues.

Nicole personally experiences Pilates and other forms of movement as medicine, and uses her dance, yoga and Pilates practices to manage chronic joint pain issues stemming from dance-related injuries. After experiencing years of debilitating pain in her lower back, she found that a regular Pilates practice was the only thing that helped her stay pain-free. She particularly enjoys working with those navigating chronic modern issues like tech neck and lumbar pain, pregnant, pre-/post-natal clients, dancers and other athletes. Nicole supports her clients in rediscovering their own joy and ease through movement.

Nicole is available Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
