Jill Mattern
Pilates Instructor, she/her
Jill first joined Studio Evolve over a decade ago, providing administrative support and customer service and now has rejoined our team as a Pilates Instructor. She completed her Stott Pilates Instructor training and brings a strong foundation in functional anatomy and a calm, soothing presence to her Pilates teaching. She has also been teaching yoga since 2019 and has pursued advanced training in Yin Yoga, and is certified as a Kripalu Outdoor Mindfulness Guide.
A hiker, mountaineer, and outdoor enthusiast, Jill specializes in helping folks of all fitness levels build functional strength and mobility, so that they can continue to be active and have fun outdoors as they age.
And as a self-identified Time Ninja, she loves working with folks who are BUSY. If you are juggling career and family responsibilities and struggling to find time to take care of yourself, Jill will welcome you in and help you problem-solve - so that you can learn to prioritize your own well-being and resource yourself to show up 100% to your work, your relationships, and your life.
She enjoys working with folks of every fitness level and every life stage.
