We do things differently here. 

Studio Evolve combines multiple modalities to take a deeply individualized approach to wellness. We welcome all bodies and life experiences to find confidence and joy in your guided movement practice. 

We specialize in private and duet Pilates and Gyrotonic sessions, and also offer semi-private Pilates Reformer Classes in Seattle. This means that you’ll always have plenty of one-on-one time with your instructor and you’ll never feel lost or uncomfortable in a class session. 

We’re here to help you build strength, so you can show up more powerfully in every aspect of your life.
