How Stephanie dramatically reduced chronic back pain in one month

These are the kinds of results we live for.

“I was born with spina bifida, and I have a bilateral fracture near that. For the last ten years or so, I’ve been in pretty consistent pain whenever I’m sitting - which I pretty much do all day at work.

“Before I started The Accelerator, I had been ignoring my body for a long time and just wasn’t doing anything for it. So even just strengthening core muscles is a big shift for me!

“After my month in The Accelerator, my pain level has massively improved!

“So, yeah, The Accelerator and Studio Evolve have definitely helped me on a level I almost can't even put into words.“

And I look forward to every session.

“I think that says something, because I've never experienced that before.”

-Stephanie, Studio Evolve Accelerator Graduate

When Stephanie started The Accelerator, she had recently moved to a new home in the neighborhood and decided to truly prioritize her self-care.

She was in daily chronic back pain. While she knew that getting stronger could help reduce her pain, she was worried she might hurt herself along the way. So she enlisted the Studio Evolve team and our most supportive container: The Accelerator.

We set Stephanie up with three private Pilates sessions a week plus SPRe Bodywork sessions to supplement her workouts.

And now? Stephanie’s quality of life is so much better!

She KNOWS that caring for her body and maintaining her progress will be a lifelong commitment, so she’s continuing on with private Pilates sessions AND bodywork at Studio Evolve. We’re SO grateful to have Stephanie join the Studio Evolve community!

If YOU are ready to prioritize your body and start getting stronger, so you can reduce your pain, improve your energy, and build up your internal resources, click here to learn more about The Accelerator. We have space for THREE Accelerator clients in January.
