PILATES
Tired of stiffness and pain limiting your activities because your body can’t keep up?
If you’re alive, you’re moving. Pilates at Seattle’s Studio Evolve makes the journey more joyful, by strengthening core muscles that stabilize healthy posture. So you can ride the current that wants to carry you—while staying centered (and re-centered, and re-centered again) in your life.
GYROTONIC
Not seeing the results you need with traditional gym workouts?
The Gyrotonic Method is a unique movement method that addresses the entire person, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength. It supports injuries, stretches overworked areas, and weaves together your strength and flexibility.
SPRe
Frustrated with chronic or mystery pain and feeling discouraged?
Your body is speaking, and you’re worth listening to! Let’s figure out together what you and your body need in a multi-optional, relational way. There’s never just one cause of pain, and sometimes where we feel the pain isn’t the whole story; but we already look at you as a whole system.
