Pilates Reformer Class
Wednesdays at 7pm!
Everything is different when you’re pregnant and of course everything changes after your baby arrives! Including how you exercise and what muscles you need to be strong. And it takes a while before you start to feel like yourself again. Annie Elrod is teaching our combo Pre and Post Natal Pilates Reformer Classes. She will work on keeping you strong and comfortable through your pregnancy as well as work on building upper body strength for carrying your baby around once she or he arrives. As always, Pilates is knows for getting everyone’s abdominal muscles into shape!
Pilates can be modified through your life and your pregnancy and beyond to adjust to what you need and what feels comfortable at each stage of your journey. Doing Pilates during your pregnancy can also get you prepared to bounce back even faster afterwards.
Pre & Post Natal Class on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
Annie is happy to hold a baby if you need to bring yours. Please sign up in advance. No experience required.
