Meaghan brings a wealth of experience teaching and sharing movement practices with others, having taught yoga and dance classes of all kinds throughout her life.


What she loves about Pilates in particular is getting to know specifically what movements and cues and modifications are beneficial for her unique body.  The level of self-knowledge and the rigor with which Pilates has helped her to map her internal landscape is something she wants everyone to learn to access in their own bodies.

Meaghan is passionate about helping folks foster an attuned mind-body connection that supports their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, no matter their external circumstances. In addition to teaching in studio environments, she has also taught movement classes in the corporate world, psychiatric hospitals, eating disorder clinics, and the prison system.

Meaghan loves working with students who want to deepen their ability to feel and connect and take care of their bodies as an act of radical self-love and personal liberation in a world that is all too often oppressive and overwhelming.  Let's reclaim the pleasure in moving your body for fun!
