SENIOR INSTRUCTORS
MARTINE DEDEK, Co-Owner
and Pilates, Yamuna Body Rolling, and SPRe Body Work Practitioner,
martine@studio-evolve.com
Martine's background sets her apart. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, Martine is also certified in Stott Pilates, SPRe Bodywork (formerly DFA) and Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR).
Martine has taught Pilates since 2000 and first tried YBR in 2002. For several years she managed a major ballet company's conditioning program. After she began teaching Pilates, she noticed that some physical tension patterns had an emotional aspect to them that couldn't be addressed without deeper work. This recognition led her to pursue SPRe Bodywork, a combination of physical and emotional components that integrate the whole person. She brings this understanding to all of her work with clients.
Martine’s little dog (non-shedding), Pandora, is the official greeter at Studio Evolve!
ADRIN STAUFFER, Co-Owner and Pilates Instructor, adrin@studio-evolve.com
Adrin is dedicated to improving the bodies and lives of others. She began practicing Pilates in 1996 to find relief from a chronic shoulder problem due to drafting for 10 years in her Interior Architecture career. Within months of regular practice, she noticed a deeper awareness of her body’s patterns, along with improved strength and better posture. She was hooked!
She went on to receive her Pilates certification in 2003 from Mind and Body, Inc. in Seattle. The program emphasized the classical Pilates choreography and encouraged individualized instruction based on a client’s injuries, postural assessment and personal strengths and weaknesses. Her enthusiasm for the method and her creative approach to teaching is a constant source of inspiration to her clients.
Adrin has two dogs, Annabelle and Chester, who love to accompany her on walks. She spends much of her free time hiking and snowshoeing in the Northwest.

In 1994 she went on to receive her certification through Northwest School of Pilates under the direction of Jane Erskine.
